31: [Video] Any Way You Want It
Dec. 5th, 2011 07:24 pmSome of you may know Dean as "the obnoxious guy who plays loud music in the library."
Some of you may know him as "the obnoxious monster hunter with bad fashion sense."
Some of you may even know him as "jerk."
To you, he says "bitch" in return.
Fondly.
Dean is currently living up to everyone's expectations in the kitchen, being obnoxious and playing loud music* as he cooks the greatest creation known to mankind: The Turducken.
But one man cannot devour such a majestic beast all on his own. This is where you come in.
* - In case you were wondering, it's Journey.

Date: 2011-12-13 03:27 pm (UTC)[Dean's never been very good with names. Uh. Yeah.
But oh man, he's excited about the prospect of delicious, delicious dressing.]

Date: 2011-12-13 11:21 pm (UTC)That's right. Glad to meetcha.
[Beiste starts up the dressing, doing whatever you do in order to make dressing. Probably it involves bread.]
You were the one offerin' "hunting" lessons, weren't you?

Date: 2011-12-17 05:48 am (UTC)[Maybe you've noticed the gun shoved down the back of Dean's pants. It's there just in case. Seriously. You never know.]
Why, you interested in the fine art of monster-hunting?

Date: 2011-12-18 04:15 am (UTC)Well, I have to say it seems more useful here than it ever did back home.

Date: 2011-12-18 10:47 pm (UTC)[Because this question actually means something now that he's talking to an adult and not a teenager.]

It's weird. You'd think that town was special or somethin', with so many of us here. Far as I could tell it was just a regular town in Ohio.

Date: 2011-12-23 07:14 pm (UTC)[Dean moves to the fridge for a beer and cracks it open before offering it to Shannon.]

[A grin.]

"So what's it like bein' a teacher for 'em when they're running all over the place in this mansion?"
no subject
Date: 2011-12-26 01:23 am (UTC)"Not like bein' a teacher normally." But that probably goes without saying. "I mean, I don't have much authority here other than age. And that ain't worth much to the kids who can fly and crap."
She sighs.
"But...I think some of 'em trust me. They listen. Can't say that's always the case back home."

Date: 2011-12-28 12:18 am (UTC)Color him impressed. Teenagers are the hardest, for a whole slew of complicated reasons. Dean doesn't remembering it being a very forgiving time when he was in high school.
"S'good they're listening here; I mean, they could be a helluva lot worse."

Date: 2011-12-28 03:00 am (UTC)She looks at him, frowning. "Guess you didn't have the average childhood, right?"
no subject
Date: 2012-01-02 03:57 am (UTC)"Not so much, no," Dean chuckles, scratching the back of his head. "Sorta grew up on the road. My dad taught me everything he knew about huntin' monsters, and hey - here I am. It ain't easy, but if it was then it wouldn't be fun."
no subject
Date: 2012-01-02 04:16 am (UTC)She doesn't feel like this guy's from way-back-when. He dresses like guys she knew back home. So she's guessin' this is something more like what they show on the TV...
"You don't eat them, right? I kinda figured you were more like, y'know. Ghostbusters."
no subject
Date: 2012-01-05 06:16 pm (UTC)Chuckling, he flicks at the bottle of beer and listens to the glass PING.
"We're kinda like...yeah, we're like the Ghostbusters. Who ya gonna call? sorta deal, 'cept we keep below the radar. Hunters are usually the only ones who know about the monsters."
